Beyond technology, Finn is the founder of Zeno Property Limited, a residential property development company based in Auckland, New Zealand. He began his career at Clarke Group, one of New Zealand's largest apartment developers, contributing to projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and later consulted on residential and retirement village developments.
Finn's goal is to see LATAM entrepreneurs succeed, especially leading in AI technology shift.

Jason Goodison is a seasoned engineering leader and second-time founder with deep expertise in building scalable software systems. As Technical Co-Founder at General Compute, he oversees the architecture and development of the company's inference platform, bringing Silicon Valley engineering rigor to emerging market infrastructure.
A graduate of the University of Waterloo's Computer Science program, Jason spent four years at Microsoft where he contributed to large-scale distributed systems serving millions of users. His experience shipping production software at scale informs General Compute's approach to building reliable, high-performance AI infrastructure.
Jason is a Y Combinator alumnus, having previously founded and built a venture-backed technology company. This entrepreneurial experience gives him a unique perspective on the intersection of technical excellence and business execution.
Beyond his work in industry, Jason has established himself as a prominent voice in the developer community, helping thousands of aspiring engineers launch their careers in technology through his educational content and YouTube channel. Danie Beukman serves as Chief of Staff at General Compute, bringing extensive experience in international trade, diplomacy, and operational leadership. As a former New Zealand diplomat and trade negotiator, Danie has navigated complex international relationships and high-stakes negotiations across multiple continents.
Prior to joining General Compute, Danie held COO and Chief of Staff positions at multiple venture-backed technology companies, where he built operational frameworks, drove strategic initiatives, and scaled organizations through rapid growth phases. His unique combination of diplomatic expertise and startup operations experience enables him to bridge the gap between strategic vision and execution.
At General Compute, Danie oversees cross-functional coordination, ensures operational excellence, and supports the executive team in executing the company's ambitious global expansion strategy across emerging energy markets.

Governmental Relations
Asuncion - Paraguay
Alexandre Teixeira is a veteran strategist with more than three decades of experience in political communication, institutional relations, and public affairs across Brazil and Paraguay. As Government Relations lead for Paraguay at General Compute, he builds bridges between technology, government, and policy, guiding engagement with public institutions and regional stakeholders.
Alexandre began his career as a journalist at Gazeta do Povo, later serving in senior government roles including Secretary of State for Social Communication and Director General of the Casa Civil for the Government of Paraná. He has held leadership positions at Itaipu Binacional and Fomento Paraná, overseeing projects at the intersection of innovation, communication, and economic development.
Based between Curitiba and Asunción, Alexandre brings deep regional insight and decades of experience in crisis management, strategic planning, and government partnership development to General Compute's public sector initiatives.

Legal Advisor

Gabriel Silva serves as Legal Advisor to General Compute, bringing unmatched expertise in data center and digital infrastructure transactions. A Partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York, Gabriel has advised on some of the largest data infrastructure deals globally, guiding investors, operators, and funds through complex, cross-border transactions spanning the U.S., Latin America, and Europe.
He has led major mandates for DigitalBridge and its portfolio companies, including Scala Data Centers, Vantage Data Centers, Vertical Bridge, and DataBank, collectively representing more than $60 billion in deal value over the past three years. His work has covered equity investments, mergers, syndications, and joint ventures across hyperscale, colocation, and fiber network assets.
Gabriel's role in landmark transactions—such as the $9.2 billion equity investment in Vantage Data Centers, the $525 million preferred equity investment in Scala Data Centers, and the DigitalBridge–Verizon tower portfolio transaction—has positioned him among the leading legal minds shaping the global digital infrastructure market.
Named Lawyer of the Year at the 2025 TMT Finance Awards USA, Gabriel is recognized by Chambers Global, Legal 500, and IFLR1000 for excellence in Corporate M&A and Telecommunications. He holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School and law degrees from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
